Luminoso e intenso. Con il suo vivace colore paglierino anticipa all’olfatto una frutta fragrante tropicale, leggere note di agrumi seguite da mandorle dolci e nocciola
Vinificazione
Le uve vengono diraspate, pigiate e pressate in maniera soffice. Il mosto così ottenuto viene raffreddato a 10° C per consentire una naturale chiarificazione. La fermentazione alcolica avviene in serbatoi in acciaio inox a 15°C.
Affinamento: in serbatoi d’acciaio fino all’imbottigliamento

Bright and impenetrable. Scented fan of mulberry, cranberry juice and light menthol notes. On the palate the fruity return meets the tannin present but smooth and enveloping. Long and persistent fi nish.
Vinification: The grapes are destemmed, crushed and softly pressed. The must thus obtained is cooled at 10°C to allow a natural clarifi cation. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 15°C.
Appellation: I.G.P. Salento Bianco.
Varietal composition: Chardonnay 100%.
Vineyards location: Cellino S. Marco (BR), S. Donaci (BR).
Aging: In stainless steel until bottling.
